  1. How do I know if I am allowed to take your program?
    You must be granted permission to attend traffic school from the county/court that issued your citation. Once you have been approved you will be given a list of approved courses, as long as our name Comedians Teach You Online (Comedy School 24-7) appears on your list you are able to take our program.
  2. It is asking for an email address during registration and I do not have one? Can I still take your program?
    Yes, you can still take our program. If you do not have an email address please enter none@none.com in the email address field and it will allow to proceed.
  3. How much do you charge?
    Our course is only $19.99. This price includes the program, exams and certificate.
  4. I paid the traffic court for traffic school, how do I get past the payment?
    The fee you paid the court is an administrative fee for traffic school, their fee ranges from 20-30 dollars. This fee you paid to the court does not cover any traffic school program. Any program you choose will charge you their own separate tuition fee.
  5. How long is your program?
    Our online program is equivalent to an 8-hr classroom program. However, you have the option of completing the course in one sitting, or you can also log off the program and re-enter to continue at your own pace.
  6. Are the exams difficult? What if I fail?
    The quizzes and final exam are based off the course material. The final exam even has a pop-up of the course material for review. And if you happen to fail you can take the exam as many times as you need to until you pass.
  7. What times of the day can I access the course?
    Our name says it all Comedians Teach You Online (Comedy 24-7)! The website is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can log on at anytime to work on the program. You may log off just by closing the program and you can continue by clicking re-enter off the homepage.
  8. I went to traffic school not too long ago, I can take traffic school again?
    The law says you may only attend traffic school once every 18 months. You may, however, request special permission to attend traffic school again. As long as you are approved to do another 8 hr. program and our name appears on your list from the court, you can start anytime!
  9. Is your site secure?
    Yes! All payments and information that is entered on our website is stored and saved on our secure server. Our site is secure! Your information will never be released or sold to a third party.
  10. My due date is coming very soon? Will the court give me more time?
    If you need an extension please contact the court that issued your citation directly. Most courts will grant you a minimum of one 30 day extension. You must check with the court directly for more information on your specific case.
  11. Do I have to sit and do the entire course all at once?
    Its up to you!! Our course saves your progress as you complete each section. So you can complete it all at once, or you can simply close the program and come back to continue at anytime. You can re-enter and continue wherever you left off by clicking re-enter off the homepage of the website.
  12. What is a case or citation number?
    This number was issued to your specific case. This number is placed on your certificate so the court properly files your completion. This number is located on the court paperwork that was sent to you via US-mail.
  13. How can I pay for your course?
    You can pay using any one of our several payment options. You can pay using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or a Debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. You can also pay using your checking account right online!! Or if you prefer you can send in a money order or check.
  14. How do the courts know I passed? Where is my certificate sent to?
    For most courts your certificate will be sent to the court directly… Either sent by fax or electronically – depending on the court.

    **If you received your ticket in the counties listed immediately below, your completion is submitted electronically to the court immediately upon your passing the final exam: Alameda, El Dorado, Humboldt, Kern, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Nevada, Orange, Placer, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Shasta, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Tulare, Tuolumne, Yolo.

    **If you received your ticket in the counties listed immediately below, your completion will be reported to the court within 48 court business hours: Butte, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Glenn, Imperial, Lassen, Modoc, Napa, Plumas, Riverside, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Sierra, Solano.

    **If you received your ticket in Los Angeles County, notification of your completion will be faxed to the court within 8 court business hours.
